    I became MD of ORM in the summer of 2013 and began growing the business, focusing the company around the 3 pillars of digital strategy, user-centred experienced design and multi-channel technical delivery.These were exciting times, with 3 office moves, the opening of new engineering centres in Ukraine and Poland and the scaling of the business to revenues of £10m+ with over 100 digital experts before being acquired by Paragon Group in May 2019.My achievements during this time included: • Year-on-year growth of profitability, revenue and headcount, becoming the most profitable business in the group• Reduction of debt to zero with consistently positive cashflow• Scaling of the business operation using Salesforce• Industry recognition of ORM as an award winning specialist in the transport and financial services sectors• Working as a digital partner with our key clients helping develop market leading IP, delivering multiple digital-firsts and lasting business change• Building a value-based culture with our people based on growth, respect, innovation and trustFollowing acquisition I moved into a broader leadership role working across multiple agencies within the Paragon DCX group and working with our various management teams across the business. I helped manage both the impact of Covid and the demands of acquisition, including a merger with a sister agency Celerity, ultimately delivering a profitable business into the Paragon Group.

    Seeking a new challenge, I joined digital agency ORM in 2010 as Technology and Operations Director, and began the process of scaling the company. The technical side to the role involved building an in-house development team based in London and Poland, capable of covering web and mobile development, whilst also retaining an active contribution to sales.In tandem, I also scaled the overall operation, introducing ISO accredited processes, agile delivery methodology and used Salesforce.com to transform the business, from lead gen through to sales, delivery and finance.With these building blocks in place, I became full-time MD in 2013 in order to focus fully on delivering company growth, ongoing profitability and overall agency direction in line with the strategic business plan.

I worked as an consultant for TfL to ensure a smooth transition of operations to a dedicated team, whilst at the same time continuing to lead the technical architecture of the Oyster platform integrating new systems such as Avaya.In 2010 I left Oyster having helped build online usage to over 3 million registered cards, with online revenues in excess of £100 million.

    I joined Deloitte in 2003 to work on the creation of a new online payment platform for the soon-to-be-introduced Oyster smart card.Initially I developed the core e-commerce functionality integrating real-time fraud and payment systems into the web platform. The service launched to the public in June 2003 and I then moved to manage the web programme technical design and delivery releasing new online functionality including Auto top-up.In 2007 I designed and implemented an enterprise portal so that geographically seperate callcentres could service Oyster customers. The portal has been immensely successful and has helped revolutionise the customer service operation.
