• I am a previous Board-level Media executive with 20 years of Operations, Technology and Senior Management experience at broadcasters such as the BBC, Disney and MTV; and a successful record as a consultant. • My speciality is developing and implementing innovative technology solutions to complex creative and business problems. • I am financially astute, having owned budgets in excess of £10m. • I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop both teams and individuals. • My professional network covers all sectors of the media industry in the UK, and across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. Like many, I started my career at the BBC, as an assistant in Ops and Engineering, and have risen steadily through increasingly senior management roles at some of the world's leading broadcasters, alternating full time employment with spells as an interim manager and consultant.
