P6 Scheduler - Marathon GBR - STAR RHU / PS3B Revamp / New Build Concrete / Foundation Install

* Create step by step execution plans using piping isometrics & proprietary software to step out piping, steel, civil, & electrical work* Transfer takeoff data into proprietary project controls system to interface actual direct labor man-hours expended to actual field progress work tasks & update this daily * Create baselines & schedules, update schedules and report progress, perform schedule analysis & trend evaluation, & provide forecasts using Primavera P6* Track, forecast, report, and apply cost controls to manage budget for lump sum & T&M projects * Created Excel spreadsheet that tracks earned value, manpower efficiency, direct/indirect labor trends, & illustrates the project progress curve – This spreadsheet is now required to be used on each project* Provide daily or weekly updates on schedule progress, current project costs, field work completed, manpower statistics, & cost/labor/progress forecasts for multiple capital projects* Handle all procurement & subcontract needs for multiple capital projects* Track, prepare, justify, & submit change orders * Manage crew timekeeping for each project* Perform these duties at various sites including Shintech, Mosaic, Cabot, Phillips 66, PCS Nitrogen, & ExxonMobil as well as manage smaller projects from office

Maintenance and Turnaround cost control:*Daily analysis of all project costs, committed money, and cash flow through on site actuals and within SAP*Monitor Turner cost codes through JD Edwards and Turner / client purchase orders to subsidize accurate reporting and avoid cost variances*Establish weekly reports highlighting commitments and actuals to forecast final project costs*Finished 2015 turnaround $250,000 under $4.15M budgetMaintenance and turnaround procurement:*Create purchase requisitions in SAP to supplement all planning, materials, rentals, services, contract labor, and internal labor *Track purchase orders through SAP and JD Edwards, from inception to cessation, to establish accurate invoicing*Monitor cost codes and business units within JD Edwards to ensure accurate project cost allocationTurnaround proposals:*Coordinate project work scope with client-based operations and management to ensure an agreeable path forward*Develop and maintain yearly turnaround proposals to establish project WBS for budget allocation*Prepared proposals for expenditure and cost accounting for 2015 turnaround ($4.25M budget)Capital projects reclassification and proposals:*Develop reclassification proposals from past project work orders to capitalize current actual costs*Determine capital and expense expenditures for reclassification of projects costs to BE element for journal entry*Develop expense proposals for large upcoming capital projects as well as maintenance work determined to be capital spending*Coordinate a prioritized approach to alleviate reclassification project list with client upper managementSAP work order and MRO count data entry:*Enter equipment malfunction and breakdown details including object that failed, cause, repair description, start /end dates, and schedule/work delays into SAP to create accurate breakdown reporting and assist in more accurate future scheduling and KPI compliance*Count inventory and enter MRO count into SAP
