With 40+ years of experience in the industry, I have developed a reputation for excellence, innovation, and integrity in managing complex and high-value projects for Corporate, Family Office and Private equity with recent succusses for the Lynn ,Slavik and Steinkraus families among others. Some of my notable recent achievements include the sale of the former 43-acre site of Office Depot in Delray Beach, FL for redevelopment, the rezoning of 1,000 acre NW Sector of Boca to Planned Mobility for 2,500 units of multi family and retail development, and the redevelopment and sale of Palm Beach Kennel Club for the Rooney family in West Palm. The pipeline for 2024-22026 will entail another 3,000 units. I also have extensive experience handling complex campus properties for prestigious firms such as IBM, NCCI, TIAA and Aegon.
