I have a solid record of meeting deadlines (even those annoying but occasionally unavoidable 'moveable' ones), KPIs and exceeding targets. To this end I would say that flexibility is one of my key assets. I have a 'can do' attitude but at the same time I can identify reasonable and attainable targets and am able to tell others when what is desirable exceeds the possible. Having said that, I am not one of those people that declares something impossible without having tried it first.
