Keith A. Pabian is the Founding Partner of Pabian Law, LLC, a national immigration law firm that specializes in representing companies and hospitality organizations.Keith has extensive experience working with businesses and individuals in the field of immigration law. At Pabian Law, LLC, Keith assists multinational and domestic companies with U.S. and visa and immigration issues. He has a unique speciality in representing hospitality organizations in H-2B seasonal visas and year-round options. Keith has presented numerous times on visa and immigration law issues as well as employer compliance requirements. Keith received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Chinese language and English from Union College. Keith was the recipient of the Villanova University School of Law 2008 Dorothy Day Award for Community Service. Keith has spent time studying and traveling throughout China. While at Union College, Keith spent a semester studying the Chinese Language in Nanjing, China at Nanjing Teachers University. He later returned to China to study international law at Beijing Normal University.
