My responsibilities extend to preparing comprehensive MIS reports and other critical statements that provide invaluable insights into operational processes, empowering our management team in strategic decision-making.Currently, I am spearheading global expansion efforts, focusing on entering new markets in Japan, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia as part of our strategic growth initiative. Recently, in February 2024, I led the establishment of entity in Germany, overseeing the preparation of contracts and navigating the process of obtaining the AUG license.In January 2024, I played a crucial role in setting up operations in Belgium and Polish market, collaborating closely with Belgian solicitors to finalize contracts and securing KRAZ license for the expansion in Poland.In February 2020, I facilitated business launch in France, obtaining the necessary business license and overseeing the preparation of employment contracts in compliance with French tax regulations.
