Hi, my name is Keith Phan Saetern. I'm passionate about creating inclusive and accessible working environments and I believe that teamwork is the key foundation to any great business. I have over 7 years of experience in retail and food service management. I am confident in my abilities to work both as a team member to help nurture a healthy workspace and a leader to help develop teams. Three years ago I took a leap of faith, moved to New York City, and applied for school again. Over the years, I've become more and more interested in the power of design in our daily lives. From the functionality and form of a tea kettle to the user experience of a well crafted video game.I've been playing video games since I was able to form a word; a lot of my personality stems from the many experiences, life lessons and memorable journeys I've taken throughout the games I've grown up playing. Gaming has given me new communities, forged lifelong bonds with people across the world and ultimately, made me who I am today. Now, I find myself wanting to give back to this amazing community that raised me. Having graduated from Shillington School of Design and ELVTR's UX/UI in Gaming course, I'm inspired to create new experiences for players new and experienced so that they too can have their life changed by a great gaming experience.
