Throughout my career as an IT Solutions professional and leader it has been my primary focus to improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies. Whether for clients or internally, improving processes to grow our people and our business. My ability to analyze and understand processes allows me to quickly find inefficiencies in processes before they are automated - automating a bad process only makes the bad process faster.As an engaged, hands-on leader I consider myself a thinker, seller, doer.
