- Ran the product management team for the information solutions business within Rockwell Automation, managing a global team of product managers and analysts- Drove the creation and execution of vertical software solution strategy and products, targeting specific verticals (Automotive, F&B/CPG and Pharmaceutical); Strategy delivered sales growth from $3M to $30M in 4 years.- Participated in the due diligence for several acquisition candidates, with a focus on product management processes, business planning and deal revenue models.

- Responsible for all new products and product management tasks in $20M VC-funded startup- Led the marketing and sales aspect of Datasweep's acquisition by Rockwell Automation, demonstrating compelling business value to Rockwell, adequately addressing business, market and technical concerns and assisting in the negotiations and post acquisition integration.

- Responsible for product management for a number of software products, including Proficy Portal, Historian and Batch (Division acquired by GE in 2002). - Created and launched the Proficy Historian from concept, through initial release. Responsible for business justification, partnering, specification and launch. Product became one of the corner stones of that business, generating in excess of $10M annual license revenue after 3 years- Created and led a division of Emerson's response to government regulation in the pharmaceutical industry, by creating the "Design for 21 CFR Part 11" branding and product program. This resulted in being first to market with a comprehensive compliance solution, gaining leading market share in the sector. -
