By gathering all metadata, usage logs, and curated knowledge in a single place, making it searchable, and providing data pipelining capabilities, we democratized access to siloed and word-of-mouth data, unburdening data engineers and accelerating time-to-insight.Features included free-text search, data lineage tracking, dynamic ERD generation, real-time query log surfacing, org- and team-based results ranking, recommendation algorithm, and real user monitoring events. Pipeline work in progress included an AutoML suite for feature engineering; model derivation, training, and validation; model deployment; and model performance monitoring.Change Data Capture publication – product discovery, roadmap, and scrum management for internally-built CDC data publication solution.Analysis Environment – scoped, budgeted, and proposed to leadership a cloud solution to decouple data science & analytics orgs from production storage and compute infrastructure, along with solutions for model execution and model deployment.

BIDMC is a large, historic Academic Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, and was a pioneer ACO during my time.I led governance & business intelligence for financial data and was product owner for our transactional & accounting software (procurement, payment, inventory, and accounting).Founding member of the hospital's Information Security and Privacy Committee.Our very small & dedicated team • Maintained master data sets • Provided data analytics in support of decisioning, audit, policy enforcement, and system performance • Provided daily end-user support & education to a community of thousands of users (administrative, clinical, and research staff)
