In my most recent role at LinkedIn, I acted as global CMO and member of the executive team for 2 of LinkedIn’s businesses, Marketing Solutions & Sales Solutions. Combined, these business generated $4B+ in annual revenue. My foremost responsibility was to enable my 150+ team members' marketing success and career growth. My team drove growth by owning strategy and execution of full-funnel marketing engine across all functions (product marketing, acquisition, customer marketing, brand, content & social, events) and channels (paid and organic) Prior to that, I built and led the 50-person Regional & Marcomm marketing team for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and Sales Solutions. This was the first team of its kind to integrate across two business units at LinkedIn. Previously, I was the acting global head of marketing for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, which I led from October 2016 - May 2017.

I led the global marketing communications and demand generation team for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. My team owned strategy and results for North and South America and set global strategy. I had overall responsibility and budget ownership for demand generation, content marketing, web presence (business.linkedin.com/marketing-solutions), events, social channels, sales enablement, media campaigns, and customer communication.

I built a team of 8 marketers that managed all marketing communications and demand generation for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. My team's biggest win in 2013 was the successful external launch of Sponsored Updates, LinkedIn's core content marketing offering.

As a consultant in the Marketing Strategy Group, exceeded business goals for American Express, UnitedHealth, AFLAC, UPS, Six Flags, Kraft and other clients by designing, implementing and optimizing marketing programs. Managed professional development and workflow of 2 team members.
