I've expanded the scope of my consulting practice and am now working as a Certified Franchise Consultant with clients to achieve their dreams of business ownership through franchising. This is an outgrowth of my work in the start-up community because, frankly, many people and more suited to, and ought to be investing in, a "business in a box", a proven business they needn't grow from scratch rather than a completely new venture.

As an EIR, I work with the companies headquartered at First Flight as an advisor. I help them with everything from basic business strategy to business plans, marketing, raising money, and networking. I give them feedback on operations and product.

I was in charge of the digital businesses of the National Hockey League, including web, wireless, ecommerce and catalog, and iTV. I also worked on business development for the NHL as a whole (not just the digital part). I also supervised the team responsible for the 30 club web sites.
