Our team implements a variety of programs to help hospitals improve the health and productivity of local employees. After several major successes, I invested as a co-owner and accepted the role of President, managing all aspects of our ever-growing small business.Overall, we’ve implemented multiple H&P programs throughout Missouri and Illinois, with more on track for 2020 that will boost employee productivity, improve benefit structure, and increase revenue enhancement at a number of additional hospitals.Client outcomes include:IMPROVED MEMBER HEALTH & REDUCED CLAIM COSTIncreased member health and reduced claim costs for a 53-bed hospital with $258M annual revenueStrengthened payer contract management with contract modeling, analytic review, and negotiationREVENUE ENHANCEMENTBy utilizing improved claim analytics and stressing Primary Care First initiatives, many of our hospitals have seen improved employee engagement which produces lower claim costs for their health plan. We have started the second phase of the H&P program: Employer Outreach. This allows a hospital to utilize its unique services and talents to enable local employers to control medical costs and improve health and productivity of their employees. Our expertise and locality, combined with the fact we have NO affiliation with payers, allows us to advocate powerfully for client hospitals.
