Director Of Recruitment
Current• Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for instructional, non-instructional, and operational positions for the network• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent to the network• Work closely with the Chief People Officer and Senior Director of Marketing on talent acquisition campaigns and initiatives• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and events to assess how to allocate resources and funds.• Identify candidate sourcing opportunities such as professional organization, conferences, career fairs, webinars, partnerships, and other means to increase the quality of our applicant pool.• Directly recruit for Director and above positions at the campus-level and at the Central Management Office.• Assists the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition with sourcing and recruiting, and conducting initial screening and interviews with campus leadership candidates.• Manage the substitute team and substitute teacher pool recruitment efforts. • Manage strategic planning, training, webinars, and execution of Uplift Education’s college/university partnerships across 27 institutions in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma to positively impact network instructional recruitment efforts.• Manage and facilitate information sessions, job skills workshops, resume reviews, and mock interviews at partner colleges, universities and community partners.• Develop, manage, lead, and implement social media and e-mail campaigns to attract and recruit passive instructional candidates.• Track data and generate relevant reports using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other sources of data in the development of strategic plans and to inform recruitment related decision-making. • Manage relationships with school leaders throughout the network to build credibility and trust in all recruitment efforts.
