Customer Service Manager for Bord na Mona commercial & domestic business

At DSV. I am responsible for all marketing activities within the DSV Solutions Division. I am responsible for lead generation and researching of potential clients. The importance of this role is to build strong relationships both with clients and across other divisions of DSV. My role also includes building a stronger brand image of DSV and identifying new leads across a wide range of industries including Pharma, Medtech, FMCG and Fashion Retail. I report directly to the Director of Business Development. Below is a list of main responsibilities in DSV:Duties;• Marketing contact for DSV Ireland.• Attending Exhibitions/Events Marketing and Selling DSV Solutions Ireland.• Managing E-zines, TV advertisements and Radio Advertisement/Reports• News Publisher Management for DSV Solutions Ireland • Logistics marketing strategy development Management• Building a 'territory'• Achieving Sales Target.• Lead generation Management• Management of internal selling• Tender Management • Reporting and target analysis Management • Cross-Selling Management • Performance Indicators (KPI)• Working with Global Colleagues to help DSV grow by sharing opportunities and experience.• Writing and updating agendas / taking minutes of sales meeting (Weekly and Monthly)• Saleforce/CRM Management • Involved in Strategy meeting • Dealing with Excel, Word and PowerPoint daily basis • B2B• Customer Surveys/Reports Management

• Making Outbound Calls and actively Sell on the Calls• Receiving Inbound Calls and resolving Customer Queries• Maintaining a high standard of Customer Service in all aspects of work• Managing a Portfolio of Contacts• Responding to Email Queries• Working towards Fortnightly/Monthly Sales Targets and Yearly Objectives• Problem Solving for Customer & Colleagues Taking Team Leader duties when Team Leader was absent - managing the team - aiming for targets - coming up with incentives
