In this role, I developed new and improved features for the company’s portfolio of medical billing, practice management, electronic claims processing, and electronic medical records software applications.I programmed solutions with SOA, on legacy .NET, and in Windows Forms. My work included the development of a global login solution conforming to OAuth 2. I also developed multiple components using .NET, SQL, Redis, ServiceStack, and WCF.I secured improvements in efficiency and productivity by implementing TeamCity, a build management and continuous integration server. I also developed an application that enabled developers to debut the entire SOA stack.I mentored junior software developers, building a strong team capable of achieving project milestones and deliverables on-time and within budget.

Here, I built the Compass Framework, which served as the basis for all application development throughout the organization.I led the migration of legacy software code from Visual Basic 6 to .NET; I also trained Visual Basic developers on the use of .NET.The scope of my work included the development of internal and external applications that included Windows Communication Foundation services with a Windows Forms front-end that was implemented by Human Services agencies across California, Ohio, and West Virginia.I also developed the Compass Transfer product that provided a solution enabling counties to transfer and standardize documentation between agencies.
