After graduating from Ohio State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Keith chose the path into technical sales. His first job was at Sensotec (now Honeywell) in Columbus, OH as a Technical Sales Specialist for Load Cells, Pressure Sensors, LVDTs, Accelerometers and Instrumentation. The call of the West was strong though, and after visiting a fellow OSU ME Alumni he took the plunge and moved to the desert to work at DH Instruments in Tempe, AZ. At DHI, Keith covered a 7-state South-Western territory calling on major Metrology Labs selling high-end Pressure and Flow calibration equipment. Although Keith maintains an interest and understanding of Calibration and Metrology, his true calling was delving deep into customers' requirements to help find innovative solutions to their physical measurement problems. To that end Keith left DHI to become an Application Engineer at Interface Inc., the world's leading supplier of Load Cells and related instrumentation for Force Measurement. One of Keith's major strengths has been establishing working partnerships with customers who rely on him to find the best solution, allowing them to concentrate on their own core competencies. At Interface, Keith played a key role in driving their growth from a small niche player to the leader in Force and Torque Measurement Solutions they are today. As Product Manager, Keith was instrumental in developing and introducing new product lines including High Capacity Load Cells, Torque, Multi-Axis sensors and Instrumentation. Having enjoyed working with outside manufacturer's reps over the years, Keith decided to try his hand in the rep business by joining Measurement Solutions, based in Mesa AZ. After a few years the urge to re-join his colleagues at Interface was strong, and Keith accepted a position as Regional Sales Director covering the Mid-West region he used to call home. Now, as Director of Sales for Interface's growing Custom Solutions group, Keith continues to drive sales of new and exciting products. A consummate professional, Keith has a proven track record of putting the customer first and finding the right solution for their needs.
