• Tax Revenue Analysis for four projects of the Massachusetts State Infrastructure Investment Incentive Program (“I-Cubed”). These projects involved using tax increment financing to leverage public infrastructure supporting private development; one project involving $16 million in bond financing.• Assisted in the recording of estimates and the editing of expenditure item descriptions for the Fiscal Year 2013 and 2014 Tax Expenditure Budget. My primary involvement being a focus on corporate tax credits.• Data cleaning of the state corporate tax database for Fiscal Years 2009 and 2010• Investigated the revenue impact of a proposed Angel Investor Tax Credit• Updated the payroll and vendor data for commercials in the 2012 Massachusetts Film Industry Tax Incentive Report• Assisted the senior economists in researching data for state legislators currently in the process of reviewing the Massachusetts tax law. • Compiled Panel Data on Income Tax Filers for a research study being conducted by Senior Economists on the Use Tax in Massachusetts
