Responsible for an annual budget in excess of $5M.Key Accomplishments:• Developed the strategic marketing plan to sell a new material handling product line for McCue outside the U.S., and then assumed day-to-day management of the 3rd party reps/resellers who sold this product line.

Created and managed a professional project services team that closed and oversaw over 3000 unique installation events/year. Maintained managerial oversight of McCue’s project services offices in Boston, Atlanta, and San Antonio.Key Accomplishments:• Developed an operational process for the company that supported high volume installations in a short time frame. Specifically, by using this process model, the project services team completed over 2200 installation events in a 40 day period. The project was completed on-time, with detailed reporting and auditing.

Project Manager for $25M store rollout program. Ultimate goal, which was met, was to rollout 2000 stores in a 30 month period. Developed project timeline, and managed resources, project budget, and project updates. Built partnerships with 3rd party and internal installation networks. Managed the supply chain and parts fulfillment for the project. Partnered with 3PL providers and created a just-in-time logistics model for this project.Key Accomplishments:• Within six months of project inception, the installation events’ completion rate routinely increased from 5 installations per week to 140 events.

Developed and implemented successful account management plans for Miller Zell’s largest retail accounts by creating business solutions to meet the needs of these key customers. Strong professional relationship development was paramount to productive account management.Key Accomplishments:• Weight Watchers International – Planned and evolved Weight Watchers’ Store of the Future concept into an international full store rollout, generating over $20M in revenue from over 600 store locations in three countries (US, Canada, UK).• Toys ‘r Us – Developed the fixture business of the Toys ‘r Us account into a specialty electronics display and graphics business in over 800 stores in North America. Annual revenue grew to over $3M by personally managing the logistics and manufacture of the display products.

Supported all store locations with their day-to-day operations, including procurement, sourcing, inventory control, operational procedure training and development, budgeting, budget variance analysis, budget results tracking, and launching new corporate initiatives. Managed all Grand Opening logistics for new locations.Key Accomplishments:• Held Project Manager responsibilities for 17 Grand Opening locations during a three year period. Created project timelines, managed resources, communicated progress with team members and senior management, and met project deliverables and location start-up goals.• Planned and conducted a time study to measure logistics of production movement from dock to the customer. Results were used to improve staffing/labor during peak times, and to determine needed capital expenditures (such as Forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks).
