    WorkFaith Birmingham (www.workfaithbhm.org) is a non-profit organization committed to helping the chronically unemployed and adults in transition develop and maintain productive lives as they achieve long-term employment and grow in their faith. Trough the comprehensive job readiness and life skills workshops, our clients are empowered to provide for themselves and their families; thus helping stabilize their community. Our mentorship and job search coaching after graduation helps provide job leads, encouragement, support, and spiritual development as graduates become productive citizens and leaders in their community. Through the first five years, we have seen over an 80% success rate of 700+ graduates going to work in the first six months. We currently hold monthly workshops at The Lovelady Center and The Salvation Army.

I currently enjoy overseeing our local international outreach, our outreach to underserved communities and families including "Love Oliver"- focusing on an inner city elementary school, our local orphan ministry (foster care, etc.), our prison ministries, and our outreach to widows in the community. In this role, I started WorkFaith Birmingham, a separate 501(c)3 organization.
