* Architected and developed our Transaction Management System which is used by Agents and Corporate to capture all the data needed for closing. This includes an approval pipeline for Staff and Managers to review and approve transactions/documents. Once approved the data is ingested into our Financial System for the Commissions department to pay Agents. * Architected and developed MLS feeds (MLS, Agents, Offices, Showings, Open Houses, Listing Images, Tax History, Geocoding) on edinarealty.com. * Contributed to building a multi-tenanted application for hosting consumer facing real estate websites across all our sister companies.
