Led the development of Deloitte Consulting’s Civilian practice upon their re-entry into the Federal market. Developed the go-to-market strategy, target client base, and priority service offerings. Also assisted in building the overall infrastructure of the Federal practice, including Human Resources, Marketing, and Contracts/Pricing. Served as the Capture Partner for large ($50 million and above) Federal Civilian pursuits. Also served as Managing Partner of the Federal ERP practice, and Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP) for various Federal Civilian accounts.

Developed the Oracle Applications practice for PwC’s Federal practice. Recruited and cross-trained over 100 Oracle applications practitioners. Led or assisted in several major Oracle ERP pursuits, including the U.S. Department of Education, Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, and Health and Human Services. Led the sales and delivery efforts for a variety of Federal clients, focusing on large technology, fianncial management, and grants management solutions.

Program Element Monitor (PEM) at HQ Air Force responsible for leading funding and policy initiatives for world-wide system implementation efforts, such as the Worldwide Military Command and Control System (WWMCCS), Wing Command and Control System (WCCS), and the Strategic War Planning System (SWPS). Also led software development efforts for HQ Strategic Air Command (SAC).
