As a Director of Digital Product Management at Liberty Mutual, I have over ten years of experience in leading and managing a portfolio of products. Most recently I have been leading the telephony user experience (UX) strategy and delivery of a CCAAS platform for the company. My mission is to create seamless, intuitive, and accessible voice interactions that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.I have a strong background in both business and technology, with an MBA degree. I leverage my product mindset, research, budgeting, and leadership skills to identify customer pain points, design solutions, and launch and scale products that drive key outcomes. I collaborate with business executives, technology peers, and external partners to align the telephony UX vision with the business objectives and the industry trends. I also measure and evaluate the success of the telephony UX products and initiatives, ensuring the realization of the expected benefits and value.The hardest years of my life were my teenager years, so I have a passion to serve them and help them through this crazy time. I currently do this through serving as a cross country and track & Field coach at the local Christian school as well as go on mission trips to serve alongside of them. I am also a strong advocate for children who are living in poverty and under abuse. no child should have to live through that with all of the resources we have at our disposal. Together we can work to end child poverty and provide for the least of these.
