Worked with the user community to formulate business rules and document the global data flow through the company. Initially coordinated with Oracle consultant on preliminary hardware requirements and database design to accommodate CNL's cross-departmental reporting needs.Analyzed existing application data formats to determine best methods for migration/data feeds to Oracle. Designed data security and audit trails and ported the initial corporate personnel data into the new database.Continued working as Part-time consultant for CNL until 1998.-- Program Analyst (1993-1994)Rapid corporate growth required fundamental database restructuring of broker/rep sales information and its summary calculations. Diversification of CNL's product lines mandated redesign of material fulfillment system.
