Key in the development of the E-Government initiatives, and implementing multi-agency initiatives based in the Office of Governmentwide Policy - and later Office Citizen Services. Managed, JFMIP, FM-LoB and the FISO financial services efforts that standardized CGAC. Chaired the FAR Council committee on Federal IT procurement regulations. Was the U.S. Government representative to ANSI national standards bodies UN and ISO). Led efforts to share USG approaches with leading edge solutions with other national government and international bodies (EU, EC, OECD, IAC).
