Designed and built an Online Case Management web application that automatically generates alerts based on custom developed algorithms that monitor online customer activity. The application was developed to detect pretexters, data brokers and other potentially fraudulent activity on the AT&T network. The web application provides a user friendly interface for investigators to analyze historical online usage patterns of AT&T customers and to determine the legitimacy of activity and disposition of alerts. Developed using Oracle 9i DB, C#, C++, ASP.Net 2.0, AJAX

• Threshold Reporting - Designed and built threshold reporting application that provides detailed adjustment information and an approval process for all adjustments over established thresholds. The tool provides drill down views for the business unit, center, service rep and individual adjustment. Developed using Oracle 9i DB, C#, C++, ASP.Net 2.0• Adjustments Tracking Prototype – Developed high profile adjustments web based web application. Built Oracle 9i Database and developed automated process to load and process adjustments from multiple sources including database and flat files in C++.
