Design Partners work is generally born in the model handshop, so they are tempered to reflect the interaction between product and human. As a senior Designer you accept the challenge to do great work within schedules and budgets, to grow revenue and exceed client expectations. To work within interdisciplinary teams, providing positive motivation through leadership, insight and example. And always, you strive to create great products.

My primary responsibility in Design Partners was the Logitech Desktop (keyboards). I worked with senior leadership in Logitech Switzerland to define product roadmaps, feature-sets and surface strategies. I designed four generations of the retail keyboard range and worked with ergonomists, engineers and vendors to implement those products. The Desktops consistently delivered Logitech’s’ compelling brand promise and were a sustained business success for over ten years. Logitech also gave me opportunities to design PDA & notebook accessories, mice, trackballs, gamepads, 3D controllers, remote controls, and audio speakers.

Successful international contact (and mostly agreeable cooperation) with excellent engineers and manufacturing vendors using a wide spectrum of materials, technologies and processes. I rely on clear communication, positive negotiation and strong technical knowledge to ensure concepts are brought to production with the minimum compromise.
