A. Primary Duties: Lead instructor of municipal workers in the performance of street maintenance work to technician level. This study is a two-fold process with classroom instruction and hands-on performance requirements. Principle areas of instruction are concrete, asphalt, drainage and right of way operations. Principle areas of instruction are critical thinking, collaboration, teamwork, research, project planning and management (including reading construction drawing grade stakes and survey instruments), presentation skills development, customer service, environmental awareness, conflict resolution. Students are required to select a project and apply lessons to the development of the project. Administer and grade assessment. C. Additional Duties: Alternate instructor of municipal workers performing heavy equipment operation functions at basic and advanced levels. A. Primary Duties: Develop scope of work for total remodels and ground up construction (from physical review or drawing take offs), seek bids from subcontractors, draw plans, develop schedule, develop budget, present bid for consideration, develop manpower, material and equipment list, implement approved bids, supervise 3-15 crew leader and workers (small jobs). These projects include interior and exterior wall, floor, ceiling, roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, windows, doors, paving and equipment installation. These job bids were prepared for, commercial, residual, governmental, and medical. Some of the cliental includes Trammell Crow Company, CB Richard Ellis, Gerald Gamble, State of Oklahoma, Fort Gruber, Eateries Inc., FedX, Chem Services Inc., Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Assoc., Integris Hospital, and Southwestern Medical Center. B. Secondary Duties: Prepare daily progress reports, process billing invoices to accounting, submit change order requests, approve employee timesheets, and communicate via, face to face, email, phone and fax. Analysis progress and adjust work performance requirements to meet schedules, coordinate construction movement and demands to owners and managers to prevent job stoppage.
