Objective was to brief and train over 150 recruiters from the recruiting battalion on the functions and requirements of the new enlistee training program. Developed the project charter and reviewed it with key stakeholders to confirm project scope, risks, issues, assumptions and constraints as well as obtain project charter approval from the project sponsor. Reviewed the detailed project requirements and gathering techniques that we were going to use with the stakeholders and established project deliverable details. Developed the project schedule based on the approved deliverables, scope, and resource management plan in order to complete the project in a timely manner. Defined and recorded detailed project requirements, constraints and assumptions with the stakeholders to establish the project deliverables. Managed the resource allocation proactively by ensuring that appropriate resources and tools were assigned to the tasks according to the project plan.
