Salesforce Administrator

Duluth, Ga, Us

Provide all aspects of Salesforce and Salesforce ecosystem support. Design, build, and support customization projects, implement app-based solutions in Salesforce like Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mintigo, Engagio, D&B Hoovers, and others. Projects have included efforts in data quality, data governance, state-based territory realignment, and multiple ABM marketing initiatives. • Designed & built an internal Request (IT) tool that tracks user requests for support for Salesforce and our Salesforce ecosystem. The tool is key to our quick turnaround on and documentation of user requests and the solutions provided. • Collected requirements and then designed & built a set of customizations (fields, formulas, workflows, flows, page layout changes) to support an account’s movement through an ABM (account-based marketing) flow. This was part of a strong ABM effort involving Engagio, Mintigo, Terminus, and D&B Hoovers. • Took extensive D&B cleanse & append files provided by Dunn & Bradstreet, matched key values to our data using custom fields, and then used DemandTools, Data Loader, and many reports to clean our account data of 284,000 records. We eliminated bad account records, enhanced marginal account records, and raised D&B Confidence Code levels on most of our account records (all in one month). Our data quality has risen to having 79% of our account records at a D&B Confidence Code level of 10 and 85% having a 9 or 10. • Implemented, configured, & provided troubleshooting for D&B Optimizer & D&B Hoovers to support our data cleansing effort mentioned above. • Provided release management (sandboxes, change sets, change set troubleshooting) for myAgility, TOPS, and Intacct developer projects. • Reworked an earlier release of SalesLoft that was problematic. This included removal of ToutApp, remapping of data between Salesforce and SalesLoft, and troubleshooting the initial integration.
