About Keith Webster

Working in the amazing CMS pensions team, I advise trustees, employers and pension providers on all aspects of pensions law, including dispute resolution. I have particular experience of investment and funding issues, including de-risking transactions, funding structures and innovative surplus arrangements. My DC experience ranges from working with master trusts, including the first to receive TPR authorisation, to establishing SIPPs with drawdown guarantees and I am a keen supporter of the development of Collective DC pensions in the UK.I like to be active in the pensions industry. I am a founder member of the RSA CDC Forum, on the Pensions Management Institute's Lifelong Learning Committee and Regulation Committee and a member of the Pensions & Private Capital Technical Expert Group for the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. I have also served on the PMI Advisory Counsel and was chair of the Association of Pension Lawyers Investment Committee for a number of years.
