The client had contracted economists to build a risk assessment forecasting model for their portfolio of HUD loans. My task was to write SQL code which would use data from the existing datawarehouse and implement this model.I was also responsible for routine database administration tasks such as backups, restores, maintenance, etc. On many occassions I was required to prepare various ad hoc queries to assist the client in various forms of analysis.
