My teams are responsible for driving large scale cross-functional product, design & research initiatives by defining the strategy and leading the execution across multiple teams. We also create and scale several Product Design Programs like Accessibility, Design Systems, and quality related programs.

Currently lead a team of 13 program/project managers responsible for ensuring high quality usable products across Facebook Inc. We focus on growing products by identifying and improving usability issues affecting the product experience. Founded and managed a scholarship fund. In charge of creating and distributing applications as well as making the selection of the recipient. Keith is currently working to establish a mentoring program with his local high school to connect professionals with high school students seeking more information about different educational tracks.

EZCoaching is leading the way in developing an all-encompassing coaching solution for swimming. By combining wearable technology with advanced software, EZCoaching has developed a solution which gives swim coaches the opportunity to track their swimmers, in real-time, as they swim through a practice. Through an intuitive UI, the EZCoaching software allows a coach to view each swimmer individually to see how they are progressing through a practice in addition to seeing how their current performance compares to past performance.Outside of the practice, EZCoaching’s website provides tools for coaches to create and share practices, manage their swimmers, view a swimmer’s detailed historical performance and create a meet line-up based on trends in a swimmer’s performance.

Current Industry - Public Sector HealthcareKeith's current work involves the implementation of Integrated Eligibility Systems and Healthcare Exchanges as per the Affordable Care Act. Keith serves as a functional lead on the eligibility team which designs and implements the rules engine (Oracle Policy Automation) which powers the enrollment of welfare programs. This role requires extensive communication with offshore team, constant interaction with the client and an in-depth understanding of all welfare programs offered by client states.

While at Cypress, Keith lead the development of a Sales Extranet which was an intranet site used to distribute sales and marketing information to the worldwide sales force. The website generates > 2000 views per week. To accomplish this Keith worked with an international team as well as several departments. His role included not only creating the technology solution, but also understanding and defining the business requirements. In 6 months, Keith learned to program in ColdFusion and took the site through the entire software development life cycle.

Led a team to develop, DocAlign, a visual basic application which serves as a database to store, create and view the connections between documents. Used to facilitate corporate and FDA compliance by showing where site SOP's meet corporate or FDA directives on a section-section basis.Developed a new time sheet system based on a dynamic time sheet. Tied together employee hours with project cost, resource allocation, financial projections, scheduling and project timeline. Allowed managers to compare actual collected payroll costs against SAP totals. Saves approx. 350 man hours per year and $20,000.Developed a budget database to help with forecasting of budget items and tracking current spend. Supported the development of a $5.2MM departmental budget.Developed a Change Control Tracking Database which tracks the progress of change controls from formation to review. It provides visibility to management as to the status of the projects.

Researched Knudsen Diffusion through a rough nano-porous membrane. Succeeded in restoring an aged turbo molecular vacuum apparatus. In addition validated and configured the vacuum setup. This project had an international cooperation.
