He implemented key HR initiatives, formalized performance management, and took the lead on aligning the company’s goals to better capitalize on differentiatorsPrior to MyerEmco, Keith was a regional Training Manager for Circuit City Stores where he was responsible for the training and development of sales and management teams employed in the Washington, Baltimore, and Cleveland markets. He was a critical member of a team that received the highest national sales ranking and division leading reduction of turnover. Keith began his career a Manufacture’s Sales Representative for several global Consumer Electronics companies.
