I am a Financial Outsourcing partner for Forvis Mazars, an international organisation, specialising in audit, accountancy, advisory, tax & legal services.Based in Edinburgh, I specialise in providing outsourcing solutions to mid market and entrepreneurial businesses across the UK, with a focus on technology. I work with stakeholders and owners to understand their business needs and help to identify the best technology and processes to encourage growth. I often provide surrogate FD advice as part of my role.Throughout my 20 years working with entrepreneurial businesses, I have advised on everything from outsourcing to year end compliance, strategy, assistance with start-up and exit. I am also involved in leading the cloud advisory team in the UK and work with a passionate group of digital specialists to identify and implement the best solutions for our clients including NetSuite, Xero, Dext and Approval Max.
