I managed all of the Search clients and accounts in Spain of Quisma, the performance-focused digital marketing agency of WPP. I delivered quality results. For example, using SEM expertise I increased the online sales of Avanza, one of Spain’s leading coach operators, by 39% in six months. I worked closely with the GroupM agencies (Mediacom, Mindshare, MEC and Maxus) to provide bespoke Search solutions for the 15 GroupM Spain clients who use Quisma technology and expertise for Search. I have also managed clients and accounts in other countries, such as Harlequin (Mills & Boon) in the UK, and Hotels.com. I worked with a range of verticals such as travel, banking, automotive, telecoms, FMCG and retail.I also managed Quisma’s advertising in Facebook, for clients such as Ford, Volvo and Nintendo, until this business was incorporated into GroupM. During the period I was managing it, Quisma’s monthly billings of Social Media doubled.

Managing 3 people directly and 15 indirectly. I was in charge of coordinating and delivering SEM campaign management for GroupM operations (Mediacom, Mindshare, MEC, Maxus and Outrider) across nine countries in EMEA, for clients billing a total of €45m per annum.Responsibilities across GroupM operations in EMEA: • Executing major pan-European Search operations projects such as product launches for clients such as Dell and TomTom.• Coordinating translation services for international clients.• Helping to build and execute best practice processes and workflows and a Quality Assurance process for Search operations.• Daily and longer-term management of resources to meet needs of GroupM operations in nine countries.• Advising account teams on strategy.• Taking part in recruitment, selection and development of employees to build my team.

Responsible for a team of six people. I managed Search operations for GroupM businesses in Spain and France. • During this time, I broadened my team’s SOW and skills base from trafficking only to a range of creative, campaign optimization and account management services.• These services included:o preparing proposals and market studies for pitches.o campaign content optimization.o campaign bid optimization.o copywriting and translation.

I provided trafficking and copywriting services for clients in the UK, such as Boots, Marks & Spencer and John Lewis. • I became an expert in all areas of Search marketing: including SEM, SEO, PI and shopping engines, gaining skills in both the technical and creative sides of digital marketing.
