I manage all aspects of post sales activity for our clients, assisting in growing account revenue to meet and exceed revenue goals. Focus on understanding campaign optimization from a performance marketing standpoint so that I can be the go-to-expert for our partners, maintaining client retention and happiness.

Consult with with clients on future buys and encourag up-sell and sell through. Build out display windows utilizing custom made marketing collateral and marketing collateral provided by TOMS. I also assist with organizing in-store "Style Your Sole" events where local artist are brought in to decorate and customize TOMS shoes for customers. These events prove to increase sales by as much as 200% in a given day.

Drive and effectively project manage clients’ progress through the TRUSTe privacy assessment process for Web, EU Safe Harbor, TRUSTed Cloud, Mobile App and Mobile Web programs. Act as the main point of contact for ongoing account management activities. Work in tandem with TRUSTe’s sales and product teams in identifying upsell opportunities and enhancing existing services or defining new products as necessary. Partner with companies such as Sprint, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Best Buy, NetApp.

I collaborate with clients to understand their mobile media strategy, recommending best practices and developing effective mobile advertising campaigns. Teaming up with account executives, product team and business development I strive to maximize the ROI for clients. Whether it be a CPM, CPC and CPA/CPI based campaigns I work to make the clients mobile advertising campaign a success. I effectively communicate results so that both external and internal parties are aware of the status of campaigns at all times.

I had an amazing opportunity to explore this amazing planet and took full advantage. I traveled to over 20 countries and 6 continents during this time and grew my global network beyond my wildest dreams. Aside from meeting several amazing people along the way, my highlights include helping teach English to kids in rural Cambodia and attending the 2010 FIFA World Cup tournament in South Africa.
