Build a growing network of corporate partners and business executives in order to deliver a customized and responsive career employment program for 500+ eligible graduate business students across 3 MBA and 5 specialty masters programs.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of three (3) buildings with 140,000 GSF and full occupancy. Served as liaison between campus authorities, business community members and Merage School representatives for major events involving strategy, logistics and space planning. • Managed an operational and special projects budget topping $650k• Created and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline efficiencies on building usage• Initiated, coordinated and managed capital improvement projects, including demolition, renovation, equipment/furniture and power/data installation• Supervised 2 full time staff members, student workers and campus custodial teams which included daily building maintenance and equipment and hardware repair

Strategically planned and managed logistics for Merage School events, including 300+ attendee conferences, community activities and brand-building events. • Partnered with senior development officers and administrators to cultivate and engage donor prospects and leaders within globally-recognized brands, which increased partnership opportunities in areas such as speaker events, campus workshops, mentoring and donor giving• Created and implemented policies that improved efficiencies by 33%
