Provided a high level of sales, marketing, and operations support to assigned books of customers in and around the Pocatello Area. Consolidated, analyzed and interpreted customer activity in support of customer retention and satisfaction. Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, gathering required data and providing preliminary assessments on the performance of existing accounts, and providing information on possible new services for the customer based on their needs. Actively solicited and followed through on customer operational needs, requests, and resolution ofproblems. Provided analytical support for new/existing credits.

Idaho Falls & Arco (Remote)

Managed two branches and advocated all the credit movement within the Wells Fargo retail branches within 7 Counties in order to help individuals and small businesses succeed financially. Trained consumer/business lending skills daily and held classes bi-weekly for all managers/bankers to attend within 7 Counties to help them grow their knowledge in order to keep improving the customer experience at the branch level.
