Her expertise is centered on enhancing executive and organizational decision-making in national and multinational companies across various sectors. As the founder of the Decision Making Lab (DM.Lab®), she has advised more than 500 leaders and has an extensive academic background. Her educational path includes a bachelor's and a master's degree in Administration from SJT and UFRGS institutions, a Ph.D. in Psychology from UFRGS, and postdoctoral studies in Cognitive Neuroscience at Georgetown University, located in Washington, D.C., United States, and in Administration at IMED Business School in Brazil.
