Participated in a short internship programme offered by a 5 star hotel in Singapore. Was placed in the banquet department for 2 months and 1 month in the mooncake programme department. During my period in the banquet, I learned about handling events such as preparing the event items, setting up the event hall and the flow of the events. I had the opportunity to participate in the big event where my hotel was chosen to be the caterer for National Day Rally 2018. My superior and I assisted the Istana waiter in serving the ESM, Mr. Goh Chok Tong. During my time in the mooncake department, I was in charge of the packing of mooncake as well as the delivery of mooncakes. In the absence of the project manager, I took up his role and managed mooncake delivery progress.
