Before pursuing an MBA at HEC Paris under company sponsorship, I worked as a Compliance & Administrative professional at Nomura—Japan’s largest securities firm, covering both Investment Banking and Retail. In this role, I managed the Wealth Management Department, overseeing assets primarily for listed companies and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. My primary responsibilities included ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and overseeing labor-related matters. During my tenure, I collaborated closely with the Department Manager to guide the sales team, which led to my appointment as the youngest Internal Control Manager.At HEC Paris (ranked #5 globally), I engaged with classmates from diverse backgrounds, enhancing my ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives. Starting in 2025, I will return to Nomura full-time, where I plan to strengthen compliance frameworks and collaborate closely with the Investment Banking division and private bankers in Wealth Management.
