My role is to connect new clients with our brand, so we can showcase them through beautiful content on our website and through our print edition magazine. White Ibiza is a revered brand focussing on the high-end side of Ibiza namely Gourmet, Villas, Architecture, Design, Decor and Style. We provide 3 amazing parties with big name DJ's and residents, and give our guests 3 of the best hours of their trip out at sea. I moved from an HR Generalist role into this new and exciting field within Zipcar. I am working with managers to enhance performance and development, and to create systems that will obtain optimum performance from each role across the business.This involves succession planning, performance management, career paths and development.

Here I did much HR co-ordination, processing, and gluing together processes in our HR team. As an HR generalist I was responsible for data, benefits, processing, maintaining the system, updating policies and procedures, keeping employees up to date with any new ongoings, and working with our US team to produce the correct information across the board.

As a side project, a friend and I opened our own company called Living It Live, where we managed bands and artists from South Africa, that toured to the UK. My permanent project was being band manager for Mann Friday, involving tour creation, promotion, marketing and communications as well as logistical management of all events, rehearsals, gigs and merchandise.

At this prestigious conference & wedding venue, I managed groups from 20 people to 1000 people having conferences, events, golf tours, holidays and weddings at the resort. This included all of their logistics, rooming lists, gifts, evening entertainment, menus, golf bookings, orientation, team-building, & ad-hoc needs and requirements before and during the event.
