Working in Jabil (Shanghai) R&D center

Report to: R & D DirectorR&D strategy investigation. Based on the Jabil's character and market trend for medical equipment, build the R&D product strategy process, innovation process and create the first R&D strategy project for Shanghai design center. Build channels with medical association, physician and university.Application knowhow building. Supervise two engineers to create the database for medical equipment knowhow. Build channel with physician for internal training.Product level (application and standards & laws) requirement analysis and verification for various customer products including ultrasound, patient monitor, ECG monitor, respiratory, oxygen concentration, sterilizer and else.Risk management during implementation of the medical equipment projects. Working with quality team to do DFMEA for various customer products.

Report to:R & D DirectorIn low level product (2/6/16 slices CT) project, take the responsible for leading of five colleagues to take system related tasks including requirement management, system integration test, reliability test, technical document writing and test tool programming. The roles are on-hand training, knowledge sharing, process monitoring, trouble shooting and result summary reporting to the project manager and director. In 64 slices CT project (currently, the unique 64 slices project in China), take the responsible for requirement analysis with marketing department, SFDA/IEC test, risk analysis, reliability analysis, system integration and several key features (rotation and x-ray geometry) coordination and implementation.

Report to:GMAs the feature responsible person to coordinate feature team (including HW, EE and SW engineers) to implement key features for the following product.RX200 productDescription: wafer's resistance measurement equipment by 4-points measure methodRoles: As the location subsystem feature responsible person, determine the implementation method including machine vision system architecture, lighting and camera selection, pattern recognize and movement control algorithm. QTX 1000 productDescription: one semiconductor equipment used to measure the silicon thickness by atom microscope principle on product wafer.Roles: System requirement define, test, and lead several key subsystem development, such as High accurate locating rotation stage via machine vision system. In this system, two cameras are used, one is used to rough locating, another is used to fine locating. +/-2um location accuracy is obtained with it. Design and develop the calibration algorithm of two cameras and the locating compensation algorithm.
