Monitoring production plans and revising production schedules as and when required – thereby meeting supply/demand needs.Driving continuous improvement initiatives & implementation of systems to deliver targets.Attending daily production meetings and reporting on plant performance. Coordinating and liaising with relevant departments on production needs.Ensuring timeous BaaN update (input of production data), thereby maintaining accuracy on the ERP system. Providing coaching, guidance and support to production shift personnel in order to perform required tasks and meet targets.
