As the chief driving force for IoTalents and DoBeyond, Sei Wee leads the companies in its goals to become an innovator and game-changer in AI and HR technology. Sei Wee has over a decade of management and technology consulting experience, working with businesses on many strategy and operation matters across various industries and markets.Sei Wee holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems from the Singapore-MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Alliance, and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore (Minor in Technopreneurship). He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Quality Management System Auditor. Sei Wee served as the President of the Singapore-MIT Alliance Alumni Club in the 6th Management Committee. He also gives back to the community by coaching young start-ups and advising traditional businesses on innovation and digital transformation on a pro-bono basis.
