My passion is in seeing the bigger picture, making things work, learning more for the better of the communities I am part of.Currently, employed with Witas Oy for a project to help the region to transition into greener and more sustainable future. That involves transformation and growth of people, business and the local governments. To make the world better, I am the creativity and design leader of Monkey Business. We are Action Learning Agency helping our clients solve strategic problems in practice via experiments and dialogue. In our projects the people and organisations develop at the same time. Our mission is to make the world (and work) more fun and yellow. I believe that the root cause of many of our problems personally and organisationally is the lack of dialogue. We need to build leadership systems that support being ourselves and talking from hearts, thus resulting in more fun, creative and productive work environments, that can also help the society to develop, little by little.I would love to hear from you. The work includes design research, concepts and prototyping and finally building the action plan. The final results will be published in September 2023.Generally, the project is about multi-local living, remote work and good life that comes along. It has a strong emphasis on collecting, visualising and analysing data about multi-local living and remote work. Statistical data about multi-location or remote working are not yet available or data is fragmented. The aim of this project is to collect and visualize multi location and remote working data and determine in this context travelling indirect CO2 emissions for the first time. -
