I've just (finally) finished my degree in English and Creative Writing, with a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration. I'm putting my writing skills and undoubtedly ingenious wit into marketing for some small businesses with Outfoxed! Media, specialising in the wellness industry because I also happen to have studied yoga. I'm also writing a novel! My debut as an author is on track for 2018 and everything else I do is geared to support this endeavour. My first book is a YA story about a 17-year-old girl who has no idea what to do with her life or her ATAR subjects, until she gets struck by lightning and becomes superhuman. Then, well, she still has no idea. But more options. If you're interested, or know someone who would be interested, give me a shout! I'm not just about young adults. Other works I'm planning will expand into fantasy and sci-fi for less-young adults, and possibly other things. The future is nebulous.Before I gave in to the nonsense circulating in my brain, I worked between 40 and 80 hours a week in performing arts: technical production, team leading and management, a.k.a. cat herding. But they were some wonderful cats. Because I refuse to do exercise if it's not fun, I am a competitive Amateur ballroom dancer. I am also a sporadic gardener, so at any given time half of the garden is in spectacular bloom while the other half is a weedy disarray, and I would be a community musician if there was a local band in need of a highly capable tenor saxophone and a moderately incapable saxophonist to play it.
