About Kelando Blackwell

I operate at the 3-way intersection of Human Performance, Business Strategy, and Learning and Development. Meaning, I grab ahold of a business objective ( i.e. Increase women in leadership roles 25% by 2025) and build out and execute what is needed to get there in the most cost-effective and strategic way (i.e. Implement engaging Gender Neutral and Unconscious Bias Training across the enterprise).
